Geese, Aberlay Bay

The post-viral fatigue was given short shrift this morning, blasted away by 90 mins of great (by our standards) tennis. It's amazing how using energy can be energizing; endorphins anyone? I should keep a pack handy.

Visit to dad then mum in the afternoon, and on the way home, about 4.00 pm blipped these geese over Aberlady Bay. A bit grainy, but then I don't have a fancy camera with big apertures... maybe one day?
