I received a very pleasant surprise today....... my health cover reimbursed me 100% of the surgeon's fees when I had the knee operation. Yay! Quite a surprise because I thought I was only going to get about a third of it. So now I just need to figure out how to claim back the hospital fees from the club insurance, hmmmm.....

I just realised that good things seem to happen when you face the world with a smile. I was feeling light and happy today for some reason, probably because I was getting my back cracked after work and that always works wonders for me! Even the boring stuff at work couldn't bring my spirit down. I guess it's true what they say, you get exactly what you give out to the universe. I can't remember now who said that.... Og Mandino, from The Secret or Paulo C.? Doesn't matter, they all say the same thing anyway.

So now, I think i'm going to get myself an early Chrissy present. Haha. I can't wait!
