A day of doing a few chores, taking advantage of M still having the hire-car from her trip South.
Started by weeding a bed or two at the allotment and then planting up the garlic for next year. This wee fellow came hopping right up to me and our neighbour Isabel when we went to have a nosey at another plot.

Then we visited J and Malootki, to hear the news that she is pregnant again :) A bonus was that Vic was there with her 9 month old.
Home to cook for Mel, over from France to see her aged Mum.
We drank far too much good French wine, as usual.
Definitely going to need another weekend to recover from this weekend.
