Digger Demolition Time

First day of serious deconstruction, ie digger smashes everything and throws it into trucks for the dump. Is a wonderful day and the weather is helping us along, the quicker this is over the better. The other side issue is that the diggers movements cause continual "earthquakes" which is not nice for the nerves apart from the noise which is mostly screaching and crashing.
Decided best policy was to go out and come back later. Came back to find, neighbour, who suffered a head injury in earlier life, has come to "help" and has chopped all our flowering cherry trees on our SHARED driveway to pieces. I was so shocked I had to drive right past him and not stop to talk. When I left there was one bent branch which I had an arborist lined up to sort out tonight, but now I suspect these trees might be history. Can not go back and have a look, too much of a shock. Being helpful is only helpful within your skill set or with supervision or approval.
Ahh worst part of the day so far...
