I'm not wearing that hat.....

.....even if it is Halloween!!!!

This was Neo's first Halloween, and he didn't like it at all. In fact he was a real scaredy cat. Everytime there was a knock at the door, he went off and hid under the bed.

This was the first time I didn't do anything for Halloween. Partly, because I didn't want to keep opening the door, as I knew Neo would be scared, and partly because I read over a couple of days of last year's journal, and I just couldn't get in the mood.

This time last year, I was having coffee and cake with Christian, and he was buying shoes and t-shirts. I had no idea how little time was left to him.
