Happy Haloween!

Maybe this doesn't LOOK like a Haloween blip but that's because you probably can't read the lettering at the top of the rear windshield. Its a Haloween Blip because the little sign says:

"Northern Panhandle Paranormal Investigations"

Then it gives the website by which to contact them.
