The coffee corner

Yesterday I posted a picture of the coffee tampers that I made and I thought a word of explaination was in order. Here is the Cocobolo wood tamper, (my favorite) at work tamping the coffee into the portafilter. The barista was too shy to show up. Next the portafilter will be attached to the under side of the machine just below the switches and the pump will force hot water through. The coffee grinder on the left looks as though it's in need of refilling.
