Renting your house

Never rent your house to ne'er do wells.

When I left this property it was a pretty courtyard. For some reason the tenant saw fit to have all the shrubs chopped down, bringing half the wall down.. I will now have to arrange clearance. Un believable - and you should see inside the house.
