Self-def.....deprecation.

I got my blipcards in the post today.
Four of them, like this one, have a self-portrait on them. The question is.....would you think I was a twat if I gave you a card with my sp on it? Because I would.
And yet I am always being told that I need more self-confidence, but, possibly as a result of my formative years being around the time of Thatcher, I will always relate self-confidence with arrogance and with.....well, being a twat. I'm wrong to think like this, I know, but it's a tough one to rub out.
It is, however, nice to still be able to blame Thatcher for something, if not everything, these days.
