be free

Found this literally round the corner from my house. I just love the little girl, sheltering from the rainbow rain. The bit that makes the whole image interesting to me is the tag on the right hand side 'be free'... makes me think of being out in the rain when you're soaked through and can't get any more wet, and when it feels to me like you're totally free to just not care and to be there in the rain enjoying the freshness of it all.

I blip a lot about rain I've noticed.
