Still Life

This morning Craig McKenzie was the speaker and he explaind all the methods he used to capture fantastic bird images, sounded like hard work and long hours and of course that long 2.8 lens that weighs a ton!!! brilliant photos.
Then Graham Dainty showed us amazing images of his exploites in the Fiordland Wilderness.

In the afternoon everybody went different ways to the variaty of field trips on offer, the three of us went ot a Still Life Workshop run by a very clever lady, Micky Waby.

Here is one of my efforts, at the time I tried to get ride of the reflections but then I decided I liked the stadium to be part of it. This is all about the shapes plain and simple, done in HDR.
