The fish man cometh.
Today is the day when you keep your ears peeled (listen carefully), for the hooting of the fish van. If your quick and lucky, you might just get some nice Salmon like this.
The problem is, which way is the best to cook it. We used to bake it in the oven with slices of lemon, but recently we started grilling it. Crispy skin and some new potatoes with carrots and it dissapears like the preverbial, snow off a dyke.
Have to dash, its about to be grilled.
