Hallow-eve
Okay yes, so this is a bit of a premature pumpkin blip, however there's a small chance I may not be back till late tomorrow because i'm going to the theatre.
Nevertheless today was due to be my last 'full' day of half term in which to finish off catching up. I'm now sitting here sickened with disapointment at the time i've wasted. I know fully well that if i'm not caught up when I go back to school on tuesday, what with the increased pressure of upcoming exams, the mania and craziness of the festive season and the unfinished work holding me back from progressing or carrying on, that i will not be able to catch up, and will see a noticeable mark of this upon my final grades. Something i'm not looking forward to.
The 'old me' would never have had this problem. The old me was hard-working, self sufficient, confident, intelligent and would not only do everything on time or early but have it done above expectations. I'm fed up of now being the one who hands things in on, or after the deadline at a mere acceptable level. I want to make this the biggest turn-around and show that I am still the 'old me'.
Anyways rant over. That was pretty much my day, I did do work and not necessarily a bad amount but not nearly enough. (seems like i'm always saying this) Going to try and do some more work tonight and then do the rest tomorrow because i have until 5pm ish when i'm going to see Sweeney Todd at the theatre for my friends birthday. Apparently it's AMAZING. And should be good on halloween! Oh almost forgot, this is our pumpkin this year haha, I wasn't sure if i'd get to take a picture of it tomorrow for whatever reasons and I carved it this evening so I thought i'd upload one now. I made one or two silly errors but you can't tell. Unfortunately the sharpie is still visible, might try and do something about that tomorrow, but i'm sure you won't notice in the dark anyways.
Happy halloweeen blippers!
