Cake Hole

That's why it's called a cake hole.
Yesterday, I drove the lorry to collect 60 bales of hay from a farmer, today my daughter and I unloaded and stacked it under cover.

We had a break halfway through for refreshments. The cake, made by my mum was delicious, but I'm not sure how it turned out so well.
When I visited her on Friday, she told me she was using a different cake recipe but couldn't understand the amounts to be used because the measurements were in "q s" and she didn't know what they were on her scales, so she had guessed everything!

The instructions were, of course in Grams, Gs or gm s !!
