Just made it ...

Today we went to Ashridge Estate which was full of wonderful autumn foliage; we climbed the monument and we had a scrummy lunch there too. But all the while the sky was covered with thick grey cloud and the light just didn't do justice to the colours.
It was only when we were nearly home again that the sun came out. I had passed these sheep yesterday with no camera, so we diverted to see if I could catch them.
And I did - just before the sun slipped out of sight.
