Amber

This weekend Dunkeld is heaving with the Perthshire Amber music festival in full swing.

We hadn't really known anything about it until we arrived in the town and tried to park the car. It looked like the festival was going really well and many of the shops had made the effort to put up bunting and festoons, all in an autumn/amber theme.

After a fine lunch Mrs T, Breagha and I went for a walk along the Tay to take in the colours of autumn. It really is quite a stunning place at this time of year.

Well, it's quite stunning any time to be honest.

Tea and scones on the terrace of a local hotel were the perfect way to finish off the day.
