Haddock Take 2.

After my post on Thursday, I thought it would interesting to look at one of my favourite fish in a different way. Fisheries science aims for commercial stocks to be maintained at a sustainable level. I've often had funny looks upon revealing that I in fact love fish and seafood to eat despite being a marine biologist. Fish is a very important component in our diets and I would encourage others to eat sustainably caught fish. J's already got his mother well trained.
