Today's the day ...................... to keep an eye on things

No idea what these gulls were looking at - but they were all silently doing it, as we went for a Sunday afternoon stroll along the River Kent in Kendal.

The pigeons on the other hand were messing about like a couple of naughty children and making plenty of noise too ....................
