Planet Deddington

My day was supposed to be a quiet one ... healthy eating, lots of exercise and getting some work done. Am fast asleeep deep in a dream when Nick and Pauline and Ethan arrive for a big breakfast. Join them in my daze and then go for a run to really wake up, but stop to take this en-route. When I get back we head to Woodstock and the all you can eat Chinese Buffet - not great for the diet again!

Jules is stressed - has a mountain of work to do before he goes to South America on Wednesday.
