The Scottish Deer Centre

Today we made leaf piles at The Scottish Deer Centre for our our hibernating residents. Leaf piles can be beneficial for hibernating amphibians, hedgehogs, insects and birds. We also got ready for halloween by putting up spooky decorations, and laughed at Clare's great efforts of dummy witch making, which I found out can also scare the crap out of you if it's left sitting upright on a chair !
