I spent the entire day driving home; a bit more slowly than usual due to some horribly inclement weather in places and me being rather tired. There were torrential downpours in the Lake District and the Borders.

Towards the end of the journey I had to resort to playing Beethoven's 5th symphony v loudly. The only photo I took was when I had to stop at a red traffic light just outside Biggar and pointed the camera out of the side window. This is looking south into the hills, except they're almost invisible due to being enveloped in rain clouds. And that's a large rain drop on the window.

It's good to be home.
