Chouxda Woulda Coulda

I made pâte à choux for the first time today. I think it was pretty successful, and I ended up with a lovely little batch of spiced orange choux-creme. They're not quite the finished recipe but the next batch will add the finishing touches.

I'm beginning to prepare my Christmas recipes, you see?
