Seaweed

Aromatic, acrobatic:
that is seaweed wine.
Fill a shell and breathe the smell
and drink it as you dine.

Quite exotic and hypnotic:
only brewed in brine.
Dreams come true if only you
will swallow seaweed wine.

When I wrote these words I hadn't considered the concept of seaweed wine being a reality but, now that I've done an internet search, I see that it is. The wine I've created here is made under poetic licence and is 0% proof.
