Still feeling rotten. After 4 days of literally no food & struggling to even keep water down, today I actually ate 2 pieces of dry toast and didn't need to go to the loo for almost an hour...at which point my super power of transforming into a Guinness pump showed it's full force.

Anyway to celebrate we popped out for a short breather, when I bumped into this convenient visual metaphor.
