Sold, chatted, shared and laughed.

Am now more convinced than ever that distinct, rewarded vocational education has to be more inherent in our school system.

I watched "troublesome" young folk run stalls, organise refreshments, sell like Alan Sugar and grin their face off. Laid back, focused and proud.

That is all assessable.

And rewardable.

I'm going to get my big spoon.....
