Sherry and Whisky

I was at the Scotch Malt Whisky Society for a tasting, this one was the first time the society has paired together Sherry and Whisky. We were treated to a great 'lecture' on the different types of Sherry, the process it goes through to be made and the best part of the night, 5 different sherries from a really dry Amontillado to the sweetest every Oloroso Dulce along with three whiskies and some gorgeous tapas.

A brilliant evening!
