Rose Martini macarons

Ever since making Rose Martini cupcakes a few weeks ago (my first ever blip, incidentally), I've been wanting to try turning the Rose Martini into macarons.

The theme for this month's MacTweets is "Pinktober," in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so I decided that Rose Martini macarons would be perfect (hence the little pink "ribbons" piped onto the top of the macarons). It turns out that the Rose Martini cocktail makes an excellent macaron. Win!
