In-close

Well it's been a strange day today, with the help of their family our neighbours moved out from next door and we've felt on edge all day, even though we weren't called on to do very much. They still have some last minute tidying up to do though.

So I seem to have been doing odds and sods all day. This morning I experimented with the macro facility on my new point and shoot camera - they are truly amazing these small cameras. Even at 100% this image is pin sharp.

This afternoon I managed to put some shelves up in the new garden shed (the one where the lawnmower is going once the leaking petrol tank is fixed) and to cut back the tomatoes and place a few of the flowering pots into the greenhouse frame in their place. It definitely felt as though we might have frost tonight, though the weather forecast is for just above freezing.
