Piglet

After meeting with the psychologist for CBT {Cognitive Behaviour Therapy} today she told that because I'm on a waiting list for DBT {Dialectical Behaviour Therapy} she is unable to continue seeing me, BUT she does think that the DBT will {eventually} be good for me. She is trying to find out approximately how long the waiting list is for DBT so as I have some idea of time scale.

After this I had arranged to meet with Tina at Neston Farm which was really nice as it has been ages since T and I spent time together. The piglet's were as cute as usual although getting to be big girls and boys now!

Not sure what the weekend has in store, but I am sure something will be done . . . .
