back to normal?

I have been suffering with bloody awful back pain most of this week - it's been a very dull and annoying way to spend my half term week off.
Anyhoo, feeling considerably better today so decided to have a bash at self portraiture - popped on a shirt, did my hair, natural light, a reflector, hey presto!
