Sunshine and Vitamin D

Hurrah, I've been outside in the daylight today. I work long days and in the winter rarely get out in the daylight except for weekends. Today, I got to go out to the outside world. I was so pleased to see the blue sky, the sunshine and the wonderful autumn colours on these trees. I'm sure I boosted my Vitamin D.......
