Qutab Mosque

This is the first mosque to be built in India, way back in the fourth century. I waited to take this section without any people, which was quite an undertaking as it is an Indian holiday today and there were crowds of people at all the public monuments! Actually, there are crowds of people everywhere, holiday or not! When you're with a tour (this is our first experience traveling this way), you can't always stop and take pictures where you'd like! A new experience for me!
