Biscuits and Cakes and lots more!

I'm on a week holiday but went in for a day as we're a chef down. Did lots of baking and these are Viennese biscuits and Rose flavoured cupcakes. I also made 2 lots of bread, chocolate brownies, brioche, 2 different soups (Carrot, coconut and cumin. And courgette and basil), a 7th anniversary celebration iced cake, chocolate ice cream and some fudge. Also did prep on fish and meat and made some sauces. Didn't take a break all day and was very pleased with the amount of work done!
