It's the Most Colorful Time of the Year

It's been too long since I've blipped. So much didn't happen for a while (besides daily life) and then things just snowballed. After a long time out of work, my husband had numerous interviews & job offers all in a short time, finally settling on a job that is a career shift for him. A state job outside of retail management which is a bit of a change, but he was hoping for a career change, and the benefits are top of the line. Meanwhile, the Holidays are looming right around the corner, and our summer that never really was has come to a cold, chilly end. It's more like we went from a never ending winter to a pseudo spring, to autumn. And the leaves are ready to say goodbye for this year.
