Westminster Abbey

Today started at real stupid o clock, 2.30am! I was asked by school to represent them and go up to Westminster abbey for a special service to celebrate 200 years of C of E church schools.

The coach left Exeter at 5.00 am and we got up to London about 10. Had time to do a bit of sight seeing before the service. Met the Archbishop of Canterbury, like you do. Between you and me with all those vicars and nuns about I was surprised I didn't spontaneous combust!

Anyway, sat through the service, visited buck house, was on the teatime news in St James park, cos of a politician throwing letters in a bin....so all in a days work of your average teacher really!
