Cluster

I am having a bad period of cluster headaches/migraines at the moment. It has happened a couple of times before at this time of year. Another one popped into my head this morning and I spent the day on the sofa with Twigs. I know all I can do is ride it out but I do hope I get back to 'normal' soon......
