Watch Cat

Took a very nice walk to the farmers' market, where I bought sunflower sprouts for my magic drink (sprouts, an avocado, some apple juice and a squirt of lemon all blended together). I've only found a few people who are as nuts about this potion as I am, so don't feel alone if the recipe made you grimace. I think it's fabulously delicious and full of everything that's good for you.
