Communicate

Went for a wander down to the Parliament at lunchtime today and spotted this guy getting his picture taken. No idea who he was, nor what it was about, but the pink board looked interesting and i thought i might "doctor" the image with some text but in the end i liked the gnarly face he was making to the photographer lying on the ground.

Looked it up this evening and it was something to do with Speach Therapists.

Got an email this morning from a social media website reminding me of the birthday of a schoolfriend that died last year, which got me thinking about those types of sites and if they will be around in 50 years time. Will they keep all the rubbish stuff people post for 50 years, and what will they do with it after people die? How will they know people have died?Will blip still be around in 50 years time?

Was a very somber and reflective time waiting for the train to arrive, only to be late again because of the shoddy slothrail train service. They must be issuing their guards with excuse books nowadays because I heard a new one today "we apologise for the lateness of this service, it was due to a stray dog on the line". How did he know it was a stray? The guard looked like he wasn't that long out of school, so perhaps it was a homework excuse recycled and adapted ;)
