Night hike through Karnak temple

Absolutely amazing night hike through the magnificent Karnak temple in Luxor. Wandering through this temple has proved to be the highlight so far. With a sound track from the 1960's, Honour Blackman & lawrence Ollivier vocal alikes, we were treated to a couple of hours of Egyptian history and folk lore. Fabulous sphinx, obelisks and temple columns wonderfully lit and walls of hieroglyphs with beautifully carved inscriptions to inspire the heart and mind. Again I could have chosen so many images but chose this beautiful Ibis heiroglyphic amongst thousands on all the walls - will give you links when others put up.
So enjoying the history of Luxor - a great place to visit and hugely inspiring.
