The kids are coping well without me.

Now I've always been proud of the fact my children are so independent. But Jo excelled herself tonight. My Mum's friend came round to sit with her so I could go home for a few hour, it was Beccy first day in her new job so I wanted to be there when she got home.
Jo had cooked dinner, chicken breast stuffed with pesto, garlic cheese wrapped in parma ham & fresh basil served with smashed new potatoes, green beans and roasted tomatoes. Not bad for a 16 year old!
