Stowe

Miss L and I had a lovely walk at Stowe today - hard to believe it's the end of October and it's still picnic weather!
Our walk was marred ever so slightly by a near-death experience though....
Me, two friends and our five toddlers were stood under an oak tree for about 5 minutes chatting and then we moved a bit further down the path and stopped again. After no more than 4 or 5 minutes a huge limb fell off the tree we'd been stood under and crashed to the ground. It doesn't even bear thinking about what would have happened if we'd still been stood there....
But all was well and we all had a nice cup of tea after a wonderful walk!
