Fingers crossed

After trying about fifty times to get ios5 on Laura's iPhone we finally gave up and went to the shop tonight and I have to say they weren't there usual massively helpful selves. When I took mine in the guy just plugged it in there and then and did the update for me this time she said we would need an appointment with a genius for that due to a policy change. She then told me to try again without a fire wall. Seems to have done the trick though. But I can't help feeling a little disappointed compared to my last dealing with them.
