Giant feather attacks workmen

In Mansfield, Notts, UK today, two totally innocent & down to earth regular guy workmen were attacked by a giant feather. The tall silver bristling thing is what the local council call an 'art installation.'

Whilst one of the workmen is now dead from being tickled by the steel pincered feathers - quite literally tickled / pricked to death, the other workman, Frank L Y Daft, said,

'Many people do not realise just how dangerous art installations can be. Just look at Arthur. Actually, don't. He's just a shadow of his former self.'

Local councilmen were unavailable for comment but my mother said,

'I must buy some new dusters.'
