A nice jar of unwaxed salted preserved lemons. Just right for the Tagine or portions slipped under the skin of a chicken or chopped with a ham sandwich maybe even garnish on a pate or pork pie.

Easy to do and keeps for ages, sometimes it even makes a nice snack all by itself!
