Really?

I work for a big public sector organisation. We are looking to shed 20% of our staff in the next few years. Can I suggest that we remove these instructions outside our lifts and that anyone who subsequently cannot work the lifts gets offered an immediate package. I mean, c'mon. Who can't work a lift?
