1. Somedays it's just a Monday and that's about all you can say.

2. It's a big long day in the office, stuff and meetings and lists.

Women of a certain age it seems aren't fond of queuing or waiting for you to leave tables before they sit down. We need to talk about manners, apparently. It's good to get into the fresh air.
