Baby Goana

This Goana is only 35 cm long including tail. We had a few encoujters with reptiles in the last 2 days. It started yesterday with a visit of a Goana laying eggs in a hole it digged. Then at midnight my screaming wife woke me up. She had let the dogs out for a wee and when she wanted to follow them she stepped over a 2 meter snake. I saw it disapearing under the houes when I came to the door. Now this little fellow. Our dog Herzerl found it and started barking at it. Definitly - sommer is coming!
