Yet another photo to highlight my favorite city: Seattle, Washington. In Chinese, the name Seattle (Xiyatu) is translated as "western elegant picture". It's phonetically accurate and beautifully translated. Aside from the beauty and scenery on the surface, there is a lot of brokenness when you look closer. In 2009, there were about 10,000 homeless people living on the streets or in shelters. Homelessness is not a choice. If you're not convinced, look here:
