Today is child #2's birthday. Regular follower(s) of this journal will know that we actually sort of celebrated this partially, i.e. giving her a gift she could bring on holiday a few days ago. We had several stunning moments today but I think letting go and jumping off a boat into the sea with Madame and our eldest was the top.

Sometimes in life you just have to take a leap of faith and I think I can assure you, that when you take that leap, you will not always get your nose filled with salty water, which kind of keeps dribbling out when you tilt your head, even after a night's sleep, on to your pillow ....
