Yarntastic!

Today a package arrived filled with yarny goodness from a friend in the USA! I'm amazed at how much this surprise package seemed to brighten such a rainy, dreary day. I've been fighting a horrible chest cold this past week and really needed the cheerfulness which came to me as purple yarn. The package included a pair of beaded earrings and a set of friendship bracelets which were all handmade. I feel blessed and thankful for the kindness sent from 4,000 miles away. This makes me think of other people in my life who may be in need of some happiness. Now I need to figure out how I can spread some encouragement and joy.
